We Bought a House!

On March 6th, Mark and I became homeowners! We are really excited about this new adventure in Atlanta and can't wait to combine what has been two living spaces into one. Any spare second i've had these days has been spent day dreaming, pinning, and perusing inspiration. Cheers to us!

A whirlwind

How is it already February? After Thanksgiving, life happened and a lot of it in a little time. My parents came to Toronto. The guys went to the MLS cup, but lost. Mark re-signed with Toronto. Mark was traded to Atlanta. We said good bye to all of our dearest friends and our favorite city life. We made it back in time for me to return to work. We found a new place for me to live. Worked through Christmas. Celebrated the New Year with all of my family. Moved into a pretty, and historic apartment on NAS with two screened in porches. Mark left for Atlanta. I hired a nanny. I hired my dad as a nanny too. And we just bought a house in Atlanta! It has been CRAZY. Not to mention, Dagny is grown up and Pippa is cuter than ever.

It has been an emotionally, mentally, and physically draining week. Mark and I found out we will have to spend another 8 months apart. This week we head out of the city to a cabin on a farm to celebrate Thanksgiving and our anniversary. A much needed dose of cozy, stars, fire places and fresh air.
